Benefits of a Buyers Agent.

Time is by far the biggest saving achieved using a buyers agent. The process of sifting and sorting through the huge numbers of house/properties out there takes an enormous chunk out of your time. Weekends cease to exist when you do this on your own. If you went by the description of the estate agent, all places would be perfect.

Bidding at auctions is quite an art when its the property you want to buy. Its very different when you are watching as a third party, the adrenaline doesn't pump anywhere near as fast and decision making on when to stop is quite clear. By allowing the agent to bid on your behalf reduces the trauma of the experience. They usually know who the dummies are and when its time to get involved in the bidding process and when the real bidding starts.

Michael's many years of estate agent experience enabled us to discuss each house on the merits of its construction, investment value and overall potential. We found his opinion objective and a good person to bounce ideas off.

Michael is enormously patient and prepared to discuss and debate (ad nauseam if necessary) each and every house. He helped us make a decision, which can be a frightening thought when one realizes how much money you are committing to.

In summary, Michael found us the perfect house and wasn't prepared to stop looking until he had found it.
