This was a such a rewarding project working with a lovely out-of-area couple, who looked tirelessly at numerous properties over many months. It was so lovely to see their entire family fall in love with the property and watch them plan on making future memories there. I was able to get them first access to the property pre-market, so they were ahead of other buyers and able to secure the property fast for a great price. I wish them much happiness in their new home.
