  • Claim or manage an Agent profile;
  • Subscribe to a paid plan;

  • Enable Agents to manage their profiles;

14. Google User Data and Limited Use

When you choose to connect your Google Account (for example, to sync your Google Calendar), we access, use, store, and disclose Google user data only as described in this section.

  • What we access: with your explicit consent, your Google Calendar events and free/busy availability (via the Google Calendar API), together with basic profile information (your name and email address) used to identify your account.
  • How we use it: solely to display your calendar within the Platform, to create, update, and cancel appointments you schedule, and to keep your calendar synchronised. We never use it for advertising.
  • How we store it: access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, and calendar data is processed only to provide these features and retained only for as long as it is needed. You can disconnect your Google Account at any time, which revokes our access.
  • How we disclose it: we do not sell or transfer Google user data to any third party, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the calendar features you enable.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
