Every inspection and appointment on one grid.
Inspections and appointments on one calendar, with the client's record a click away. Your diary blocks the times a buyer can take, and the client gets the inspection reminder without you writing it.

A time gets double-booked when it lives on three calendars.
Inspections on one, appointments on another, your own week on a third. A slot looks free on the calendar you checked and was already taken on the one you did not.
Calendar puts every appointment on one grid, worked against the times you are free.
