What you connect

Each one is in Settings, under Integrations, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Gmail or Outlook

Your own address

Mail with a client lands on their record, matched by email address, with as much history as you choose to bring in. A reply from the CRM leaves from your own address and sits in your Sent folder. Mail that involves none of your contacts, and is not part of a thread with one, is never stored.

Google or Outlook Calendar

Two-way sync

Appointments you make here appear in your calendar, and events in your calendar come in as appointments. Your own commitments block the times a buyer can book.

Xero

Invoices out, paid status back

Raise a client invoice from the CRM and it is created in your Xero, against your own accounts, with the client added if they are new. When it is paid in Xero, the CRM shows it paid.

Cotality (RP Data)

Your own account

Sign in once with your own RP Data account, on Cotality's own sign-in page. Property search, the suburb map, suburb statistics and the inspection brief work from that connection. You need your own RP Data subscription.
