When am I charged?
Your first 7 days are free. We ask for a card when you publish your profile, and the first charge of $47 + GST is on the day the free week ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The free week is once per person, and it does not use up the free week of BuyersagentsOS.
What does the verified mark mean?
You proved who you are with a government ID. It is an identity check. It is not a check of your licence, qualifications or insurance.
I own my agency. Is the agency page extra?
No. When the agency's owner has a Pro Profile, the agency page gets its paid features at no extra cost. A Pro Profile held by someone who does not own the agency does not change the agency page.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from billing in your account, at any time. You keep the profile features until the end of the period you paid for.
