Every policy governing how we handle information, in one place. They are written to be checked rather than to reassure: where a document names a control, it is one we operate, and where something is not in place we say so instead of leaving it out.
Your data is yours. Section 13 of our Terms says so: your profile, contacts, documents and clients' records belong to you. In an agency's team, the agency's records belong to the agency. You can download a copy at any time from Settings, Privacy. Files stay in your account and the download lists their details.
