Ask which recent sales they would compare a home against, and how they decide what to offer.
Look for real reviews from past clients. What do they say about the agent's negotiation skills, communication, and overall results?
Ensure they are a licensed real estate professional in Western Australia and carry professional indemnity insurance. Check the licence on the Consumer Protection WA public register and ask for a certificate of currency for the insurance.
