The planning maps, one house at a time.
Satellite imagery with the state's lot lines, zoning, flood, bushfire, heritage and school catchments drawn over it. Click a house and each map answers for that spot. It reads government data, so it needs no Cotality login.

A planning question about one house is a search across state and council sites.
The zoning is on the council scheme, the flood overlay on another map, the school catchment with the education department. Each one is a separate search, and each one has to be read for the right lot.
Neighbourhood draws those maps over the house, and answers for the lot you click.
Flood planning areas, and the floods themselves.
Where the council publishes them, its flood planning area and overland flow, and in Brisbane the 1974, 2011 and 2022 flood extents, each its own switch. A blank map says it is not a clear.
- Flood planning area and overland flow
- Past flood extents, where the council publishes them
- Blank is never shown as clear
Which school the house falls in.
The primary and secondary catchments drawn over the street, and the schools on the map, so the line between two catchments is visible rather than guessed.
- Primary and secondary catchments
- The schools themselves, on the map
- Each state's own catchment data
