My story begins with family, hard work, and a deep-rooted connection to the property world. I founded Lancaster Property on a legacy established by my father, Kosta Diseris, who immigrated to Australia from Kozani, Greece, in 1967. He worked as a carpenter before building a successful construction and development business of his own. Growing up, I spent my weekends cleaning up job sites and helping frame houses, experiences that instilled in me a sharp attention to detail and a profound respect for quality craftsmanship. Following a corporate career in IT including over a decade at ANZ Bank, I chose to return to my roots in property. This transition allowed me to blend a highly structured, data-driven background with my practical, hands-on knowledge of real estate. Having lived in diverse Melbourne suburbs from Moorabbin to Mentone, and Hillside to Strathmore, I understand local market dynamics intimately. This granular insight enables me to identify value and risk clearly for my clients.
