Success Story
This purpose built healthcare clinic with 37 car parks with lease options until July 2030 and annual fixed 5% rental increases was the property our client wanted. Unfortunately so did a few other parties! Seven offers were received in total and the selling agent shortlisted 3. We submitted our client’s best and final offer. The selling agent commented we were the onlyone of the three that listened to the instructions and submitted a signed sales contract.
