Chris Clarke helps buyers secure property across Sydney’s Inner West, Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. With a background in corporate recruitment and negotiation, Chris brings a disciplined, strategic approach to buying property... combining extensive market knowledge, rigorous due diligence and strong negotiation skills. Chris believes in “buy right, not buy now.” His approach is never about simply finding a property and getting a deal done. It’s about understanding what a buyer genuinely needs, identifying the right opportunities, including on-market, pre-market and off-market properties, and being prepared to walk away when a property, price or risk doesn’t stack up. From property search and appraisal through to strata and building due diligence, negotiation and auction bidding, Chris manages the buying process from start to finish. He works with first-home buyers, families upgrading or relocating, downsizers and investors, giving clients independent advice and confidence in markets where buyers are often negotiating against experienced selling agents. Chris holds a NSW Real Estate Licence and is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA). Through Clarke Buyers Agents, his focus is simple: represent the buyer, remove the emotion and uncertainty from the process, and help clients make better property decisions for the long term.
