After withdrawing from a Cleveland property when building and pest revealed termite damage and other concerns, we secured 142 Wellington Street, Ormiston, for $1.12 million. The five-bedroom home settled on 14 January 2026. It was rented for $885 per week and has strong long-term potential. Michael now proposes to construct a secondary dwelling at the rear, subject to approval, to create positive cash flow.
