We were close to buying two other properties, 1 we discovered active termites so we walked away, then another I really felt was just not right in terms of size and the client was so scared (FOMO) I managed to come across another whereby a seller had already committed and the moment it went on the market given the relationship with the agent, I was able to scoop it up. Very happy clients on a large corner block with beautiful views.
