What it does
From the booking to the walkthrough on their portal.
- Book it against the client and the property: an open home, a private inspection, building and pest, pre-auction or pre-settlement. It goes on your calendar and on your buyer's portal.
- Open the property's brief on your phone at the door. With your Cotality account connected it shows what your buyer is looking for, the property and recent comparable sales.
- Photograph room by room, and record clips of up to 30 seconds in the same room.
- Mark a photo as a concern or a highlight, and write notes by room. A note marked private is never published.
- Once it has started it keeps working without signal. What you capture is saved on the phone and uploads when you are back online.
- If the selling agent says no photos, turn the camera off and keep the rooms and notes.
- Give your call afterwards: one of five recommendations from highly recommended to not recommended, a summary and the next steps.
- Preview it as your buyer will see it, then share it to their portal. They get an email from you, can ask about any room and can download it as a PDF. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Every inspection sits on the property's history and the client's Inspections tab, and your Inspections list shows what is on today, what is ready to review and what you have shared.
