G'day, I’m Zian Gibbs. Over the past year, I’ve assessed more than 150 open homes under the guidance of Tim Allen with IPS Buyers Agents, and on average my clients secure a property within two to four weeks of coming on board. I take pride in running an efficient, clear, and methodical process that helps people move from searching to signing with confidence. Just over a year ago, I purchased my first home after carefully researching and evaluating the location. Through open discussion and guidance from my buyer’s agent, I developed a strong understanding of market trends, locality performance, and long term growth potential. Within twelve months, that property delivered substantial market growth, reinforcing the value of a well informed and cooperative approach between agent and client. That experience set me on the path to becoming a buyer’s agent myself. Before real estate, I spent 11 years in the Australian Army, serving both overseas and in domestic border protection operations. I finalised my service as a Combat Engineer specialising as a lead searcher, trained to identify hidden threats and irregularities in complex environments. That background taught me how to detect patterns, assess risk, and focus on details others might miss. I now apply that same precision to property inspections, identifying issues before my clients commit to a contract. I focus on providing practical, straightforward, and honest advice. My priority is ensuring every client understands what they are buying, its fair value, and its condition well before the contract phase. I value integrity and accuracy, because clear guidance matters when making one of life’s biggest financial decisions.
