I am Ann-Maree Carrazza, Principal Buyers Agent at SelectWise Property Group. Based in Mildura and licensed in Victoria and Queensland, I help property investors and home buyers purchase strategically across both states. While Mildura is my home base, my service is not limited to the local market. My approach is personal, practical and evidence-based. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, purchasing position, preferred locations and long-term plans before beginning the property search. I provide support with property strategy, market research, on-market and off-market sourcing, property assessment, due diligence, price analysis and negotiation, guiding clients through the entire process from initial planning to settlement. With more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, commercial analysis, project management and negotiation, I bring a considered, organised and commercially focused approach to every property search. My role is not simply to help clients purchase a property. It is to help them select the right property for their circumstances, avoid costly mistakes and make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
