We bought Brisbane in 2017. Everyone laughed. Perth, 2021. People thought they were mad. It had not grown in ten years. Both ran. The best deals are almost never sitting where the crowd already is. Where everyone is buying, you compete on price. Where nobody is looking, the seller has fewer options and you get the better deal. The hard part is not the analysis. It is having the nerve to buy somewhere everyone else isn’t.
