Success Story
I recently secured 8 Columbus Court, Bray Park, QLD for clients relocating from Perth. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern home on a 405m² block is a fantastic investment. While the seller sought close to $1.2M, I successfully negotiated the purchase price down to $1,125,000. It will serve as a rental for 18 months before they move in, already achieving a strong $850 per week in rental income. An excellent outcome and strategic purchase!
