At the end of last year, Tim secured our third property in Caboolture and once again delivered an outstanding result. This one is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home with a five-car garage on a 902sqm block. We’re retaining four of the garage spaces for the main residence and adding a granny flat at the rear to maximise return. The property was under contract at $835,000, and Tim negotiated $12,500 off after building and pest. Across Churchill, Deception Bay and now Caboolture, Tim has helped us diversify strategically. The granny flat is complete and both dwellings are rented out for $1,175 per week in total, the property should be cash flow positive. The Bank value has come back at $1,050,000 for only owning it for 3 months. We’ll absolutely be working with Tim again on future projects.

Tim’s second purchase for me was in Deception Bay a three-bedroom, one-bathroom, one-car home just 200 metres from the water on a 607sqm block. One of the key reasons I trusted Tim was his due diligence. He ensured there were no flood overlays and identified the strength of the zoning, including 21m height potential for future uplift. The block also had excellent side access, allowing us to add a granny flat. We secured the property for $705,000 in February 2025.
