Within 24 hours, I secured a contract in Bli Bli, where the region saw 15% growth in the past year. The open home was packed and we were initially the underbidder, but through strong communication with the selling agent, we won the deal. Best of all, it’s now valued at $1.3m and returning 4.12%.
