I didn't set out to start an agency. I set out to move my family. After years in Sydney (Northern Beaches and the CBD), we kept finding ourselves down the coast most weekends—Wollongong beaches, coffee in Thirroul, kids running wild on the grass. I've been coming to the Illawarra for over 20 years, and during the pandemic, we finally made the call: let's make this home. That move changed everything. The commute shifted, the weekends opened up, and life felt simpler—but getting here wasn't simple. The research, shortlists, inspections, price guides, negotiations… It’s a maze when you're doing it around work, kids and real life. The Shoreline Agency grew out of that experience. I built the buyer's agency I wish I'd had—local, practical, and entirely on the buyer's side.
